Hey I created a new topic.

Yes we're curious about your hobbies. Even if they are collecting stamps. Maybe we could exchange some dubble ones I have! ::w00t::
Or think up cool stuff to do.

I know you like to watch movies and surf the internet
Does Martina's forum count as a hobby?

Well I think we all love your main hobby Martina!
masturbation

Do you still play tennis occasionally?
Too bad it's still too cold for swimming.

Have you ever played a music instrument?

LOL....Ok My hobbies :?

I spend a huge amount of time on the internet, and now my forum is one of the first things i check when i get out of bed in the morning (OK Afternoon) I enjoy being on this forum so i suppose you could call it a hobby 8)

I do enjoy reading alot though, I usually read one book a week. Nothing you guys would find interesting though, mostly Chick Lit books :!:

I havent played tennis in quite a while, i use to have tennis courts in the Apartment complex i was living in, and now being in a house i dont have access to them anymore. I cant wait till it gets warm enough to swim and use my pool!

I also like to watch reality tv shows, they can be fun

Suppose another hobby of my is traveling, im trying to go to as many new places as i can 8)

Does smoking and drinking count as a hobby  :?:

I use to play different instruments when i was at school. I use to play the piano, and the clarinet. And when i was really young i use to take guitar lessons :D

I really enjoy skiing but havent done it in quite a few years, would be nice to get back to it

So what are your hobbies :?:

Yes the foum is very addictive. I'm posting on other forums too and it's really cool to get to know stuff from other people.

Oh ok I like reading too. It's always a good thing to have a book at hand for example if you're stuck on an airport for several hours when your plane is delayed.
I prefer funny stuff. Like Douglas Adams. Lately I've read some Dan Brown books. His book "the Da Vinci Code" is really popular now. Good if you like Indiana Jones like adventure stories.
Also some dutch writers, but you probably don't know them...
uhm what is chick lit... Dr Handsome and nurse betty stuff... or do you like Winnie Poo books? :P

I play in a carnaval band. Almost every other year I start a new instrument. We play completely without sheetsmusic and like to swap instruments to confuse people. Cool you played clarinet. Means you can blow a right note! ::whistling::

uh oh don't start talking to me about guitar playing!!! ::w00t::
When I was 12 I used to sleep with my guitar and played like 14 hours a day. If you ever wonder where my nickname comes from!?
Too bad you stopped playing guitar

I love Austria for skiing. Especially the Apres Ski!

Chick Lit books are like Briget Jones Diary type books. Mostly about women in there early 30's and about relationships etc

The book i am currently reading is called "Rosie Dunne", you can see the info on this book here to get an idea 8)

I'll take a shot at it. You wanted to get you some but you were too young, so you developed a love for the guitar to keep your mind off lusty desires, and you named your guitar after the thing you most wanted but took the N out of it.

Ok...Satch...I know exactly where your name came from because I'm also a hardcore guitar player myself...started playing I guess about same age you started to play. I now have over 20 guitar in my collection.

So, Nick name Satch is a nick name of a very famout guitar player...who taught gave lessons to Steve Vai as well as the lead guitar player for Metallica (I have a brain fart...I can't think of the lead guitar for Metallica). I'll stop there for now.

Hey Satch, I guess Satch is your favorite guitar player...right? He's one of the best but I like Eddie and Yngwei. I just saw ZaKK on Saturday night...he totally shreds! You should also check out Greg Howe...another incredible guitar player! Since Satch is a guitar player, I guess I don't have to write last names for these guitarists

Darn sfthong... you spoiled our game

Don't start talking to me about guitar playing. I already warned Martina  I like all sort of music. Not just shred. Although I can do it. Girls don't really like it. Believe me sfthong. Chicks dig jazz. ::w00t::

Steve Howe is one of my idols.
I locked myself in a room for a week to be able to play 'the Clap'
(Martina is English so she knows what this means :P )

Ok Wildcard this is an invitation for bad jokes :?

Oh I tried the mode 4 and dind't like it. It sounded scratchy to me.
Only tubes rock man :!: Check out the Mesa Road King.

Hey Martina we should really find out why you attract so many cute guitarplayers.

I think it's because your G-string is always tuned perfect!

Satch, I didn't give away who the guitar player was...they still have to guess. I guess I did give away too many clues...my bad.

Yeh, I like tube amps as well....that's why I have MF half stack at my office so I could play really fxxkin loud after work and have Marshall TSL and JCM800 at home. I ended up buying MF after listening to Jane's Addiction...Dave Navarro sounded pretty good and one great thing about MF is it has DI for recording.

Jazz...I guess you're way ahead of me in guitar playing because you love jazz...I love jazz but it's too darn hard to play and I just don't have time to practice any more. So I'm stickin with what I know...hammer ons, pull offs, and of course...tapping.

I also have Carvin tube amp that sounds just like a Fender.

Martina...why don't you like guitar players...they are loyal and are not "PLAYERS". Also, they are very very very good with their fingers!
