| I wanted to let the staff here, Mr. Trang, Mr. Day and Ms. Santato, know that my payment for August may not go through. My credit card number was stolen and my bank deactivated the card. I learned about this yesterday, and have already ordered a new card. I'm waiting to hear back from CCBill.com support so I can change the account to charge my new card (when it gets here), but I was hoping that, if it doesn't arrive by the 7th (the date of the next charge) you would be able to only suspend, not deactivate, my membership until I can get the billing adjusted? I do apologize for the hassle. :( |

Yes. Please just email us your billing related issues to our billing address listed.
We will gladly help you with anything.
We give people a grace period of a month to rejoin again to retain Royal Members status still.
