I'm working on a series for PBB, special pinups with a theme, because often when I sketch the next pinup, who ends up in the trashcan, i have the trouble with putting a theme pasted on it
So I'd like to hear from everyone a theme that suits each PBB girl in the theme : 1001 nights.
Mary Blue is right now in progress as i'm typing this, but I'd like to hear everyone's opinion and choices, and why...
I want the pinups to look interesting, I have a hard time to be happy about my own art lately and yeah, many pinups have ended 'no joke' in the trashcan, so I hope I get a lil help from everyone with the suggestions =3

ooh, I kinda like that idea... the only suggestion I would make is to be sure to do a little research, and try not to mix up too many elements of Arabic, Persian, or Indian cultures together... it seems to be easy for most Western artists to put bedouins, turbans, pyramids, and Mughal architecture together without realizing the problem.
Considering the original One Thousand and One Nights tales were collected from all over the Middle-East, Asia-Minor, and the Indian Subcontinent, you might want to focus on one culture or aspect at a time... for instance, one picture could be located in the desert camp of a wealthy shiekh, another in the harem quarters of a sultan's home, or another the bedchambers of an Indian maharaja.
Just a suggestion, though... take of it what you will... |

i think thats a marvelous idea. you don't really see too many themes like that. i would like to see a silk pillow fight in a herem camber myself.
or you could do an arabic bath scene. |

I was curious as to what ever happened to your wedding dress catalog you were making with all the various Pleasure Bon Bon characters. As well as where you were hun.
It looks like both of you were gone for nearly the same amount of time. Its great to see you both back though. |

I haven't seen Heri myself for a while, just once in a while I see her on Gmail since I'm not often on the MSN (I use pidgen) and I'm kind of scared of going on MSN, once one person pops up, more pop up too xD
And i'm very shy XD

| I suppose the Captain would likely be the only one of us who could officiate a wedding, since there's a lack of clergymen, judges, or justices of the peace (all things considered, that's probably a good thing)... |
