Help Wanted(For myself and the ladies,others join as custs.)

Jess had finally managed to get herself established in the bustling town of Bon Bon, the problem was that now she was swamped. She had such an enormous demand in her massage and relaxation parlor, she was literally running from one customer to the next, and by the end of the day she ached from head to toe herself. Worse yet, she was having to turn customers away, and the quality of her service began to show show signs of her fatigue and rush. If she did not find help soon, she would have to close her doors for good.
"There finished madame". the young painter said as he held up his sign. Jess admired the fancy scrolling on the letters,and also how they seemed to stand off the board. Finally she read the advertisement to make sure the wording was to her liking from the description she gave. "Help wanted: Young attractive female with cheery personality and an aptitude to learn. Must be good with hands". Jess thanked the artist and paid him, and hammered the sign into the soft ground just outside the door.
Less than a day later she found a long line of seekers to her door. She had to post a crudely scrawled sign saying they were closed for business that day to interview candidates. All manner of furs came in, from the old but still young at heart, whom she politely turned away for dear of the long hours on their feet would not be good for their health (she really did have a heart of gold). To a rather burly bear femme, who she did consider, but feared that she might bruise the customers or worse. The lines had thinned and disperse when a sudden rainstorm whipped up, and no one wanted to be waiting in the rain. Jess sighed and sat with her head propped on her folded arms, letting out a long and laden sigh. She closed her eyes and listened to the storm, the drops pelting the ground and roofs in a constant and soothing rhythm, the gentle peels of thunder off in the distance. She began to purr softly to herself as she took in the fresh scent of the rain,as well as the other gently coaxed senses. She truly did love the rain, and if she were not so weary would likely now be playing in it. She was so distracted by the storm she did not notice the young female dash into her shop to take shelter from the rain.
She was at once curious as to the coloring of the strange skunkette, as well as to how she was purring, not to mentioned that she smelled...goooood. It was not until a droplet of rain rolled off the whiskers of the curious female, and landed on Jess's nose that she same out of her storm induced trance. "Great, now I have a leak to fix. EEEK!" Jess said, laazily opening her eyes to the feeling of the drop, and startled by the presence of the female before her.


(I changed this a bit to make it more open to join,as it appears Chessy is not around.Females join first,and once we have an established story going then males are free to join as customers and maybe some sort of staff)

Oh, just us girls? Thats a shame. I'm afraid I'm often too busy with my jewelry shop that I wouldn't be able to lend a paw if I wanted to.

My brother has magic fingers though. He sometimes even rubs the shoulders of my clients as I manicure and help them decide what rings and bracelets go best for their form and match their eyes.

The young blue vixen was walking down the streets of Bonbon. It was raining, but that did not bother her. She was humming a tone tune when she noticed a sign. "Help wanted: Young attractive female with cheery personality and an aptitude to learn. Must be good with hands."
"Why not" she thought to her self. She had been meaning to work with something else for a while. The art studio could be lonely sometimes, and she missed being around people. Plus she could get inspiration for her art.
She desided to go inside and get out of the rain.
Inside a woman sad in a chair purring.
"That woman got some beautiful furcolors!" The vixen thought to her self. "I would love do an artpiece with her sometime."
The skunkette appeared to be sleeping so she leaned in to take a closer look.
A drop of rain rolled down her whiskers and landed on the skunknettes nose and that seems to wake her up.
"Oh sorry. I did not mean to disturb you. Hi. My name is Scorpia Fortune. I am interessed in a job!?"

Katrin, a young blue vixen who was walking the streets. She has nothing to sheild herself with from the rain but she wasn't worying about it. Katrin stoped in the streets and raised her head facing the ski and let the rain drops land on her face. Smiled as she enjoyed the water running down her mildly dirty body and her worn and torn clothing.

Continued to walk down the street a bit and she noticed a help wanted sigh. Willing to do almost anything for some money or just some food.

Katrin walked up to the front door and open it slowly and pared inside, she saw a lovely skunk and a lovely blue vixen, both looked nicely dressed and they smelled nice and there fur is nice and clean but, Katrin thought to herself thinking, "well the worst that can happen is I get turned down from the job and ill have to look for some work else wear."

She walked in and closed the door behind her a few feet behind the blue vixen and asked. "hello I am interested in a job." she said a bit nervelessly.

whoah! Two blue furred vixens,how rare an how attractive Jess thought to herself. "My apologize for being startled like that,its been a long day.Please come in and dray yourself from the rain." Jess said as she stood and ushered the two vixens to some nice comfy chairs by the fire,giving the both a nice soft robe to slip on over their clothes,and an equally soft towel to dry themselves.They had now sooner finished drying themselves a bit when Jess appeared with some nice hot cocoa for the ladies to sip to further warm them.
"We certainly are a uniquely colored fur bunch aren't we." Jess said with a small giggle to help break the ice. "My name is Jessica Belle.I'm the sole owner and operator of this massage parlor which I converted out of this old yet immaculate hotel.But please,call me Jess.What are your names,and tell me a little about yourself.And tell me or show me why you'd be perfect for the job." Jess said with a smile and kind eyes.

Smiles sweetly, "its alright" she said as she took a seat and wiggled her butt on the chair and thought to herself, (oh wow, such comfy chairs I hope I don't dirty them too much.) Sits next to the fire feeling the warmth coming from it warming her body up and sees her offering her a robe and stared at it for a moment (wearing this is already an improvement than the worn out cloths i have on) she put it on and rubbed it against her smiling enjoying the feel of it and also took a towel from her and dried herself off more, once she was done she saw the dirt on the towel and she wrapped it up and placed it over her lap (ill tell her about it later.) Ears perked up as she smelled the hot cocoa that Jess brought out to them and smiled, "thank you very much." Takes a sip and enjoys the taste.

Listen's to Jess and shows a sweet smile and nods her head, "yes we are." then listens to her as she gives out an introduction of herself and listen to her questions and responded, "my name is Katrin Icemore, i have been living in the streets and in the forest just outside of town doing almost any kind of job for money an its been mostly dirty jobs. I would be good for the job is because I am not afraid to get my hands dirty and I am willing to learn the job. I have a history with my other jobs that I have done that an I never talked back to my bosses and, shown up to work on time or early." Katrin hoped that Jess didn't get a good smell of her since her last bath was just in the river and she didn't have any soap. She took another sip of her drink.

"How nice" the tall vixen thought to her self as she sad down on the chair. "Jessica seems like a really sweet and caring person, and she makes a really nice cocoa." She smiled at the two ladies.
As miss Icemore told her story Scorpia couldn't stop looking at her. "If her hair had been purple instead of white, she would be a dead ringer on my youngest sister." She smiled at that thought.
The young whitehaired vixen looked a little dirty and that gave Scorpia a need to care for her. "If the girl don't get this job I have to help her out!"
Suddenly she noticed that both Katrin and Jessica looked at her and she couldn't help to blush.
"My name is Scorpia Fortune. I have lived in Bonbon for the past four years working as an artist. And even though I am very sucessfull, I miss working with people." She sighed. "The art studio is very lonely at times. I have worked in a massage parlor before which I liked a lot. And I have found that my sculpturing skills is an advantice in this kind of work. If you like, miss Belle, I can demonstrate my skills on you?"
The skunkette nodded. "You can give my shoulders a rub."
The tall vixen took off her gloves and walked over behind Jessica. She gently started to rub the other womans shoulders. She found that Jessicas shoulders was tense and hard. She found every knot and worked on getting them out. Soon she could feel the womans shouldermuscles relax and all the stifffness disappear.

Katrin watched her massage Jessica's shoulders, she pet her own tail and asked, "with the laber that I have done may I demonstrate my skills?"
Jessica was quite relaxed and enjoyed Scorpia's shoulder massage and she ask, "you can try my foot sweetly." Katirn smiled and nodded and she walked over to her and placed the towel on the ground and she put her knees on it and placed Jessica's foot in her lap taking off her shoe and started to work her thumbs on the base of her foot making small circles with her thumbs going in opposite directions.

"Mmm..I see I won't have to give you girls much training at all, your both such naturals". Jess murred and resumed purring. The girls touches were exactly what she needed. Scorpia helped ease her tense and knotted muscles from day after day of endless hours of massage,with close to no breaks between.And Katrin with nicely working the sore calcium crystals out of her poor aching feet from being on them all day and half the night,she was soon feeling better than she had in weeks.
Once the girls had finished and returned to their seats,Jess looked deep into their soft eyes,both admiring and getting a sense of character.Yes,she had a good feeling about these girls,and truth be told she could probably hire half a dozen to fit the work load.
"Follow me for a bit dears". She said slowly rising and walking over to the desk she had been sitting in before. "These are the guests I have been able to take care of this week." She said as she flipped through her ledger and showed various names and times,with other side notes,totaling about 50-60 a day. "The problem is,these are those I've sadly had to turn away or give rainchecks to". She turned to another page which easily filled around 200 plus names."As you can see,I'm beyond swamped.Hiring you girls not only would about triple my profits,but would take the strain off me somewhat.I do offer generous wages,and your more than welcome to occupy one of the many rooms in this hotel each.If you;d even like we can even take rotations on cooking and cleaning so you will have full room and board,I will of course supply the groceries so long as its not too lavish". Jess said closing the book and locking it up with her strongbox in the safe."Now,would you girls care for a tour?" Jess said,putting up a "Gone for 10 minutes,please be seated" sign on her desk,should any other applicants show up.

Katrin listen to what Jessica had to say and liked the pay and looked at the list of names of the girls she had to let go and all the customers. She spoke, "I wont mine switching shifts on cooking but, I don't have much experience in cooking and would have to observed you and learn from you to see how you cook if its alright with you. I would love a tour also." She said with a sweet smile.

Scorpia took a look in the book. No wonder Jessica needed help. The book was literally swamped with names. She looked at Katrin as the white-haired vixen spoke her concerns about her cooking skills.
“Don’t you worry about the cooking, my dear.” She said to Katrin. “I can teach you, if you like.” She smiled and turned towards Jessica. “I would also like a tour.”

"Excellent,I do hope you ladies decide to stay on." Jess said as she picked up a small oil lamp from a nearby table and began to walk up the velvet covered stairs,now faded over time and in need of replacing.The hotel was a thing of beauty with ornate carved arches,lavish paintings and tapestries,now covered in dust,even down to the hand engraved doorknobs on every room.Back in its day this must have been the toast of Bon Bon,second only to the castle of course.But it seemed that it had been unoccupied for many years,and Jess was doing what she could to clean up and restore the old beauty,but with her frantic schedule she didn't have time to hire maids or repair persons.In all there were 20 rooms,15 bathrooms,most of which were private baths attached to the rooms,15 balconies,5 game rooms,5 studies,and a massive steam room/roman baths.
Jess led them to the lords/mistress chambers which she occupied.She didn't show them that room as of yet,as she enjoyed her privacy,perhaps once she knew them better."If you wish you girls may occupy the 2 rooms adjoining mine,their both one of the honeymoon suites and are quite lavish".Jess said turning the key in the lock and swinging open the ornate carved door on its decorative scrawled hinges.

"Oh my, what a lovely room!" Scorpia said out loud. And it was a lovely room indeed. The walls was pastel purple and the furniture was of dark rosewood with gold ornaments. And by the window stood a big rosewood bed with pink fabric and bedspread.
"I would not mind live in this room, if it is okay with you, miss Icemore?" She turned to the other blue vixen and Jessica.
"Oh. I couldn't help notice that some things need to be repaired. I might know someone who can help you with that, if you are intereserested." She looked at Jessica.

Awaking with a start, the out-of-favor surgeon realized he had fallen asleep again in his office. “Oh, that’ll leave a kink in my neck for weeks.” Blinking his eyes awake, Salvatore realized that, in his sleep, he spilled ink all over the notes he was making. Balling his fists, he cursed, “Confounded!”

Unable to find the blotter in all the clutter on his desk, Salvatore did what he could to salvage his notes, mopping up the ink with the sleeves of his surgeons coat. “Great… now, not only did I miss out on lunch with Lidia and her friends, I’ve ruined whatever it was I was working on.” Fuming, the old gecko left his office, and headed for the front door.

Not noticing the rain, he opened the door, and stormed out of his manor. The cold, late-fall rain, soaked through his medical coat, and soon through the clothes underneath. Not realizing he was the only one out in the weather, as the cobbled road to his house was long and winding, he wandered his way back into town, trying to remember what it was he was taking notes on. Every now and again, he shivered from the cold. He stopped when he noticed that his steambernetic hand had frozen up again.

Blinking his eyes to focus, Salvatore ran his fingers through what was left of his white, wispy hair. As from experience, he tried moving each digit of the prosthetic hand one at a time. Only the pinky finger, and ring finger moved any, and even that was slight. The index, middle, and thumb refused to move at all. When he tried moving those fingers with the aid of his other hand, still nothing. “Maybe I should talk with Dr. Tesla again,” he mumbled aloud. “Maybe I could put a battery or run an electrical current through this, so that it won’t keep seizing up. Maybe I should talk to him about getting some x-ray lithographs of my hand instead…”

Lost in his thoughts, the gecko began idling his way through town. The rain kept coming down, falling in large, cold, drops around town. Puddles formed along the avenues and small rivulets drained down into storm sewers. Dr. Urbana was careless of it all, and he barely noticed when his skin had started to turn pallid from the exposure. Tripping, the gecko cursed loudly, as he fell over a shop sign. Both crashed into the ground with a loud clatter. Standing up and shaking himself off, he sighed seeing that now all five fingers weren’t moving. Only then did he realize how far into town he had wandered, and the fact that he had broken what apparently looked like a brand new sign.

Sighing, and shaking his head, he picked up the pieces of the sign, and then knocked on the shop door it was in front of.

Katrin smiled sweetly and said, "you can call me Katrin or Kat, you don't need to call me miss Icemore all the time. Yes its alright, you can have this room I don't mine"

She walked down the hall a little ways and up one of the room and it was a lovely white room with light blue sheets on the bed the furnicher was different shades of blue. She looked at Jessica and ask, "may I stay in her please?"

"Oh course,both of you can stay here next to my room. But I think you will camouflage in your room Kat,except for your hair."Jess giggled thinking about it.Just then she heard a knock on the door,so she wandered over to the wall where an ornate cone hung,attached to some piping,that led into the wall.She moved the latch to one side,that was covering a network of pipes that led through the hotel,allowing for messages to be passed,even if a bit faintly the further away your were from the source. "The door is open,though I am currently not open.If you need to set an appointment,come inside and I will be down shortly". Jess spoke somewhat loudly so as to be heard.
"Thats the basics of the hotel,I will let you find the rest with your exploring.Would you girls like to take a nice hot bath to warm up from the cold rain? Theres fresh towels and a change of clothes in your closets,soap and shampoo,as well as bath oil is already in the bathrooms attached to your room.I will have dinner ready for you when you come down."

Katrin eyes lit up lovenly hearing the words hot bath, and cloths. "oh yes and thank you kindly Miss Jessica, thank you very very much. " she head down to the bath and striped naked and got in the hot water. She sine in releafe feeling the warm water on her body soaking her fur as she took the bar of soap and started scrubbing her fur trying to get it all cleaned up.

"Oh yes. Don't mind if i do." Scorpia smiled to the two ladies. "I guess I will see you both at the dinner table then." Both the ladies nodded at her and she walked into her room to look for the bathroom.
