Skin Set's "Turn Around Time"?

Hey Alley, I was just wondering what's the normal or average turn around time for the picture sets you do for all of us? For example the last one's that was posted in August "Euro Alley, Classy Alley, and Misty Alley", when were those actually shot? Do you do them the same month they're posted, a month before, or maybe even longer ways out?
